DGAiS 2026: Celebrating Creativity, Innovation, and Collaboration in Digital Game Art

The Diploma in Games Art Technology programme at Kolej Komuniti Selayang will be hosting the Digital Game Art Innovation & Showcase (DGAIS) 2026, an event designed to celebrate creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the digital games industry. The event will be held at 168 Park Mall, Selayang on 3th May 2026 (Sunday) from 10am to 5pm.

DGAIS 2026 serves as an integrated platform that brings together presentations, innovation showcases, and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on digital game art. The event aims not only to highlight emerging talent but also to foster meaningful connections between higher education institutions and industry players across various fields.

What To Expect

The event showcases the Diploma in Games Art Technology’s student projects, featuring both Work-Based Learning (WBL) participants and Semester 4 cohorts. Visitors can dive straight into the action with hands-on gameplay and playtesting sessions.

Beyond student showcases, the event brings together exhibitors from the local creative and media industries, spanning animation, illustration, comics, and tabletop gaming.

In addition, the event also amps up the excitement with a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang e-sports competition, alongside engaging talks and a lively Cosplay Walk competition.

Overall, DGAIS 2026 promises a vibrant gathering that celebrates innovation in digital game art while encouraging collaboration, learning, and industry engagement.
