Singapore-based developers TrueWorld Studios have announced their next title, ALTEREDBLOOD+, a movement first-person shooter platformer with its first public demo out now on Itch.io.
Featured recently at Indie Jam 2026, the demo includes the first two missions of ALTEREDBLOOD+ where you dive into MOTHER, a self-replicating megastructure that has consumed the universe and caused the remnants of humanity to become addicted to her blood. You play as her REAPER in order to guide humanity to its extinction.
This is the studio’s second release following their debut game UNYIELDER, an intense boss-rush movement first-person shooter published by SHUEISHA GAMES in September last year.
