A COLORFUL STAGE! The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing pop-up store is set to arrive in Sunway Pyramid this month. Happening from 30 May to 15 June, the event is set to feature exclusive merchandise from the popular mobile game franchise.
The pop-up store follows the success of COLORFUL STAGE! The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing, which hit Malaysian theatres on April 17. The film, based on the mobile game COLORFUL STAGE! (also known as Project Sekai in some regions), follows the game’s characters as they encounter a mysterious new version of Miku, whose voice cannot be heard by others.
The film has grossed over $11 million worldwide, and achieved remarkable success in regions outside of Japan, reportedly earning an estimated $1.42 million on its opening day in North America.
