DreadOut Remastered Collection Comes To Nintendo Switch & PlayStation On January 16th

The DreadOut Remastered Collection arrives on consoles via Nintendo Switch and PlayStation on January 16th, 2025. The collection includes the original, cult-favourite DreadOut and DreadOut: Keepers of the Dark.

DreadOut is a third person supernatural horror game where you play as Linda, a high school student trapped in an old abandoned town. Equipped with her trusty smart-phone, she will battle against terrifying encounters and solve mysterious puzzles which will ultimately determine her fate.

Meanwhile, DreadOut: Keepers of the Dark takes place in the DreadOut universe. Help Linda navigate The Mirror Realm, a portal of worlds that connect to 8 haunted dominions ready to greet her.

Developed by Indonesia-based indie studio Digital Happiness, DreadOut started as the first video game that succeeded an international crowdfunding campaign. The game then became the first Indonesian horror video game surpassing 1 million downloads across all platforms.

Digital Happiness is currently working on DreadHaunt, a survival horror and deception game recently featured in the SEA GO 2024 showcase. While designed with multiplayer in mind, a single-player story mode reveals the chilling origins of the supernatural events from a decade ago.
