Calling all anime, gaming and cosplay fans! Gear up for the return of Pokanime Planet at Pavilion Bukit Jalil this 17-18 June. This much-anticipated event is back with a bang following their successful debut in 2022, promising an even bigger and better experience for fans both new and old.

Stage
Get ready to be awestruck by Pokanime Planet’s stacked lineup of performers! Featuring everything from anime remixes by DJ ZackerZ and DJ Abang Soulie, to singing and dancing performances from familiar names such as Meelz, Rina-Hime, Hayate, and Jei, it’s the perfect place for fans to appreciate the diverse range of talent the community has to offer.
Aside from performances, Pokanime Planet will also feature a Wig Styling Demonstration from local cosplayer Kai Xin. If you missed her live demonstration from Cosplay Computer 2020, now’s the perfect chance to catch her on stage as she shows off her incredible wig styling skills.
Last but certainly not least, you’ll be able to witness an incredible showcase of talent on stage from the contestants of the Cospose cosplay competition and Anisong singing competition. If you’re looking for a bit of friendly competition, you can also show off your knowledge of all things otaku in the Anime Trivia Giveaway.
On-Ground
The convention floor will be filled with a wide array of activities and attractions for fans of all ages to enjoy. Explore over 166 booths, where a variety of artists, cosplayers, and exhibitors will be showcasing their latest releases and unique merchandise. Not to mention the many food vendors who will be present at the event, selling a wide range of delicious treats!
Still hungry for a unique dining experience? Be sure to head over to the PokaniMaid Cafe, where you’ll be able to play games and enjoy meals served by eight maids and one butler. Chainsaw Man fans in particular won’t want to miss out, as the team will be bringing each character from the series to life with a maid cafe twist.
For those looking for something more competitive, be sure to test your gaming skills in the Tekken 7 and Nintendo Switch gaming tournament for a chance to win some exciting prizes. If card games are more your thing, head over to Hall 3, where you’ll be able to participate in the Bushiroad Spring Fest Vanguard Cardfight tournament.
Cosplay
Cosplayers at Pokanime Planet in particular will be able to enjoy their time at the event with peace of mind, as the friendly volunteers at the Cosplay Repair Station will always be ready to help with a costume malfunction. You’ll also be able to show off your outfit with a professional cosplay photo from the free Photo Booth!
