You know what’s better than anime and cosplay? Anime, cosplay and food. That’s right — Anime Cosplay Food Carnival is back for its second year at J’s Gate Dining, Lot 10 Bukit Bintang! Happening this 18-19 March 2023, the event has expanded to TWO whole floors of limited-edition food and drinks, cosplayer appearances, performances, and more.
And that’s just the beginning — here’s everything you can expect from Anime Cosplay Food Carnival 2.0 next weekend!
Limited-edition food & desserts inspired by your favourite anime
Anime Cosplay Food Carnival is best known for their limited-edition meals and desserts inspired by popular anime titles, including the Nezu Cake Set from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, to Toman’s Konamono from Tokyo Revengers. There will be a total of eleven limited-edition meals to try, so make sure to come in a big group and share them with your friends!
If you drop by J’s Gate Dining at the right time, you might even be able to meet cosplayers dressed as your favourite characters!
Complete the Sticker Rally Adventure to win exclusive event merch
When you first arrive at the event, make sure to visit the information counter and pick up your Sticker Rally Card. Collect stickers by visiting 6 participating booths located on Level 3 and 4. Once you’ve collected 6 different stickers, you can claim an exclusive J-Ko Chan lanyard and cardholder! Prizes are limited to the first 100 redemptions, so make sure to complete your adventure before it’s too late.
Join the Blind Taste Challenge and win Le Josette merch
Featured guest Le Josette will be hosting her own exclusive activity, the Blind Taste Challenge! The mechanics are simple — just guess the food correctly while being blindfolded, and walk away with Le Josette merch. If you guess correctly three times in a row, you’ll win more prizes!
Enjoy exciting competitions & performances at the stage
Throughout the weekend, enjoy exciting competitions and performances at the stage area. This includes the Cosplay Competition with guest judges Dova ッ豆花 and Rikka Blurhound, the Speed Eating Competition hosted by J’s Gate Dining, and musical performances by Sarah in a Snowstorm, MayXX MuXXic, Nymphie Official, DJ Taka Kazuki, and more!
