The official Facebook page of Anime Festival Asia announced that TOGENASHI TOGEARI, a featured band from the Girls Band Cry franchise, will embark on a Southeast Asian tour this August.
The band is scheduled to perform at Ambience Space in Bangkok, Thailand on August 14, followed by an appearance at AFA Indonesia in Jakarta on August 16, before concluding the tour at Capitol Theatre in Singapore on August 19.
TOGENASHI TOGEARI serves as the central band of the Girls Band Cry franchise and has been the primary focus of the story since its inception. The group features vocalist and guitarist Rina as Nina Iseri, guitarist Yuri as Momoka Kawaragi, drummer Mirei as Subaru Awa, keyboardist Natsu as Tomo Ebizuka, and bassist Shuri as Rupa.
Girls Band Cry follows a group of young women facing personal hardships as they search for purpose, belonging, and hope through music. The franchise originated as a 2024 anime series, and has continued to expand with two compilation films released in 2025, with a brand-new anime film and rhythm game currently in production.
