Developed by a team of 3, Lighthaze World is a relaxing puzzle adventure about overcoming fears and finding food for our dog. The game recently launched on PC via Steam on September 22, and was showcased to a wider audience at PAX AUS on October 12.
Take on the role of Nym, an anxious hero who gets overwhelmed after visiting the Lighthaze World mall. The world distorts with the floors crumbling into an abyss, transforming the landscape into a serene Tasmanian wilderness for him to explore with his trusty dog, Chewy.
Featuring 8 main levels with 37 rooms in total, solve Sokoban-style puzzles by kicking boxes into its rightful place. Explore the environment and take in the view while collecting coins scattered around the levels. Enjoy relaxing original melodies composed by the team, or the occasional unsettling track during tense personal moments for the player character.
During your playthrough, you’ll feel a personal story that’s being told by Radiobush Team, the developers behind this game. With the message “Nothing can hold you back” during the loading screens as example, you can tell that this game is a reminder or a memento to themselves that they’ve shared with the rest of us.
