Announced during the recent State of Play, Digimon Story Time Stranger is the latest instalment in the popular Digimon universe, and marks the first entry in the Digimon Story series in nearly 10 years.
Digimon Story Time Stranger is a JRPG where players will travel between the human world and the fantastic realms of the Digital World – two worlds interlinked in mysterious ways. In this epic story, collect and train Digimon to stop the collapse of the world and change fate itself.
In the previous Digimon Story series game, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, the focus was on artificial cyberspace. However, in Digimon Story Time Stranger, players will enter the Digital World and discover a new realm. Digimon can be seen running their own shops, homes, and living their own full Digi-lives. Unique Digimon will also give you quests, which can be completed in fantastical new environments with their own interactive elements.
Digimon Story Time Stranger will launch in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Follow Bandai Namco’s official website for more information.
