The Steam Game Awards is an annual community-voted award event for video games published on Steam. Introduced in 2016, games are nominated and users cast their votes during the annual Autumn and Winter holiday sales on the platform.
Unlike other awards shows like The Game Awards 2024, the Steam Game Awards also considers games that weren’t released within the year, which makes it an interesting reflection of the actual games Steam users were playing in 2024!
