3 Anime Series You’ll Be Dying To Watch After Squid Game

Just finished binge-watching Squid Game and want more of the adrenaline rush that the show brought you? We got you covered.

1. Gantz

Gantz Creator Says a Hollywood Contract Is Blocking a New Anime

Featuring an alternate dimension after death, Kei Kurono finds himself in a game that affords him a second chance at life, but in order to do so, he has to kill ridiculously overpowered aliens that are hiding on Earth.

Upon clearing each stage, participants are awarded points and can ultimately get enough points to resume their old life… or get bigger guns and continue fighting aliens. It is super violent and very gory.

2. Deadman Wonderland

Being the sole survivor of a tragedy that killed his entire classroom, Ganta was sentenced to Deadman Wonderland, a prison where the inmates battle it out for the amusement of wealthy donors.

Enhanced with blood powers, the participants not only have to be ready physically (losing a round means losing a limb) but also mentally as the inmates use underhanded tactics to get the upper hand, from friendship to even love.

3. Btooom!

BTOOOM! Ep. 8: Misogyny? More like misandry! | Moe Sucks

After waking up on an island with no clear memory, Ryouta quickly realizes that he is in a real-life version of his favourite game, Btooom. Players can leave the island once they collect 8 chips, but each of those chips are embedded in the hands of all the players involved.

Sadly, like Deadman Wonderland, this series ended without completing its entire story run, so you will have to look to the manga to get the whole story.

Hope these battle royale animes slake your thirst while waiting for Squid Game season 2!
