A4 Art Fair returns to GMBB, Kuala Lumpur, from November 6 to 8, 2026, bringing together more than 50 artists and creative practitioners from Malaysia and across Asia for its second edition, titled The Returning #2.
Organised by A4 Art Gallery, this year’s fair continues its theme, The Art of Everything, exploring how art extends beyond traditional gallery spaces into music, fashion, street culture, design and everyday living.
From Kopitiam Memories to Japanese Pop Art
Among the featured installations is Malaysian artist Lao Wang’s recreation of a 1980s Malaysian kopitiam, drawing inspiration from memories of his grandfather’s coffee shop. Singer-songwriter and creator Danny One will also bring music and visual art together through an on-site recording room.
Japanese contemporary artist COTOH will present a solo exhibition featuring his cartoon-inspired illustrations, oil paintings and screen prints. Meanwhile, analogue photography studio Zontiga will set up a Polaroid portrait space and CD listening corner.
Street art and character-driven works will also feature prominently. Malaysian graffiti artist Asmoe Roc will showcase his architectural approach to lettering, while Katun brings his signature ape character and graffiti-inspired creations to the fair. Indonesian artist Arkiv Vilmansa will present paintings, sculptures and collectible art featuring his colourful original characters.
Visitors can also discover character creations from artists including Kenji Chai, known for his blue dog Chaigo, Uncle Belly’s Belly Man, Janggutbear and JNJF × Drawdelow.

Fashion, Design and Art for Everyday Living
The fair will also explore the relationship between art, fashion and craftsmanship. Malaysian fashion designer Teresa Thian, founder of byThian, will present an installation combining fashion, art and design. Tailor and creative practitioner Alan Hung will showcase work that moves from custom tailoring and wearable art into sculptural forms and soft-toy design.
Other featured artists include Tan Xin Lin, who transforms terrazzo into colourful artistic objects, Shikhei, whose practice spans fashion, fabric, painting and animation, and Art Lai, known for surreal paintings that combine unexpected imagery and textures.

International Artists and Creative Communities
The international programme includes a showcase by Bangkok-based Mango Art Festival, featuring eight independent Thai artists. Japanese artist Takeuchi Hiro-Omi will present abstract digital prints exploring colour, light and emotion, while Thai artist Nopphadol Yingsuk, also known as Aftertest Bangkok, will exhibit colourful paintings and sculptures inspired by childhood imagination.
A4 Art Fair 2026 is organised around six experience categories: Art × Brand, Art × Living, Art × Sustainable, Art × Prints, Art × Artisan & New Media, and Art × Pop & Sculpture.
According to A4 Art Gallery founder Ng Si Juan, the fair aims to challenge the idea that art belongs only in galleries or collectors’ hands, highlighting its presence in everyday objects, clothing, music and personal memories.
