Capcom has officially announced that Onimusha: Way of the Sword‘s launch will be brought forward to 4 September, several weeks ahead of its original launch date of 25 September. The game will be available across PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.
Players can now try out a free demo ahead of the game’s launch, available on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, which gives fans an initial look at the game’s thrilling combat and gameplay. Players with demo save data will also be able to claim an exclusive Kubi Akari Charm when the game launches on 4 September.
Pre-orders for Onimusha: Way of the Sword are also available. Players who purchase the Standard, Deluxe, or Premium Deluxe editions before 24 September will stand a chance to receive exclusive Early Adopter Bonuses. For more details, visit the official Onimusha: Way of the Sword website.
