Beastars Final Season Part 2will stream exclusively on Netflix this March 7, marking the epic conclusion of the highly acclaimed anime series. The upcoming season is the second in a two-part “final season” of the anime, which began with Part 1 in December of 2024.
The series adapts a manga of the same name by Paru Itagaki, which is set in a world populated by anthropomorphic animals. Our protagonist Legoshi, a gray wolf, finds himself caught between the fraught relationships between carnivores and herbivores in his society, especially as he develops feelings for a rabbit named Haru.
The original Beastars manga was published in Weekly Shonen Champion from September 2016 to October 2020, where it went on to win multiple awards, including the Manga Taisho Grand Prize in 2018. It was adapted into an anime that began airing in October 2019, with three seasons available in total.
