SHIFT UP’s popular mobile game Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is getting a new official manga adaptation this winter, with the upcoming series set to focus on the Goddess squad.
Announced through the official X account of Kadokawa’s Dengeki Maoh magazine, the manga will be illustrated by artist Yokoshima Penguin as part of the game’s fourth-anniversary celebrations. Yokoshima Penguin previously contributed to various Nikke manga anthology projects.
Originally launched globally on iOS and Android on November 4, 2022, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE combines character collection mechanics with shooter-style gameplay. Players lead a squad of android soldiers known as Nikkes in humanity’s fight to reclaim the surface from the alien Raptures.
Outside of the manga, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a series of worldwide events, including an exclusive pop-up shop located at LaLaport BBCC, Kuala Lumpur. You can read more about it here.
