In celebration of Malaysia Day, the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has launched the LEVEL UP KL 2026 Games Showcase, a curated selection of Finalists from the 2026 SEA Game Awards, alongside exciting upcoming titles and games that are made in Malaysia.
Running from now until 16 October, the LEVEL UP KL 2026 Games Showcase gives audiences a chance to experience the creativity and talent emerging from Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. Featured titles from Malaysia include Princess of the Water Lilies, Kooeh: A Timeless Delight, Weyrdlets, and more.
The Steam showcase takes place ahead of LEVEL UP KL 2026, Malaysia’s largest games conference, which is set to take place from 14–16 October 2026 at the Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC), Bangsar South.
A key highlight of the event is the SEA Game Awards presentation, which will take place on 15 October. The Awards aim to recognise the creativity, innovation, and technical excellence of the finest game developers from the Southeast Asian region. A full list of this year’s Finalists can be found here.
