Celebrating One Piece’s Legacy
Recognized by the Japan Anniversary Association since 2017, One Piece Day commemorates the debut of Eiichiro Oda’s legendary manga. Although the series first appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump on July 19, 1997, it was officially promoted with a July 22 release date, which became the basis for the annual celebration.
