Here’s All The Finalists For The Taipei Game Show 2026 Indie Game Award

Taipei Game Show’s 2026 Indie Game Award attracted over 500 entries from 51 countries and regions, marking a 1.5-fold increase in scale compared to last year. Notably, indie developers from Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Panama, Slovenia, and Kyrgyzstan joined the competition for the first time, further enriching the diversity of this year’s entries.

The IGA features a unique preliminary selection mechanism where each participating developer evaluates other contestants’ games, fostering a global exchange of creative ideas beyond geographical boundaries. A second-round evaluation will be conducted by a jury composed of industry experts, who will play and review the shortlisted titles before selecting winners across eight award categories.

All winning titles will be showcased in a special exhibition area at Taipei Game Show 2026, where players can experience them firsthand. Here’s all the games competing for the 2026 Indie Game Award:
