The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You is officially returning for a third season. The news was confirmed during a special fan event held at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation in Tokyo, where fans also got to catch a new trailer for the upcoming season.
Two new love interests for Rintarou will also be introduced in Season 3:
Chiyo Lin is Rintarou’s cousin, and the class president in her first year of junior high. The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You follows Rintarou, a young man who was rejected 100 times in middle school. He visits a shrine to pray for better luck in high school, only for the God of Love to promise him 100 soulmates. But there’s a catch – he must date every girl that comes his way, or risk their death. In order to prevent this, Rintarou decides to date all 100 girls simultaneously, forming the massive “Rintarou Family”.
