The acclaimed Japanese singer Minami 美波 will be making her debut appearance in Singapore this September 19! Happening at The Theatre at Mediacorp, the performance is a part of Minami’s “Earthtication2025” Tour, which also marks her first tour in a year and a half.
Minami made her major debut in January 2019 with “Kawaki wo Ameku”, the opening theme song for the anime series Domestic Girlfriend. The song reached No. 1 on the Oricon Weekly Digital Album Ranking during its initial release, with its music video eventually gaining over 230 million views on YouTube.
Other career highlights include being one of the performers on “Aiue”, the opening theme song for the reboot of Urusei Yatsura, as well as performing the opening theme song for Record of Ragnarok. In 2024, she held her first overseas performances in Taipei and Malaysia, as well as her largest solo concert to date at the Nippon Budokan.
