Doko Koko Launches ‘Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings In Russian’ Pop-Up

The Doko Koko merchandise store in Lalaport BBCC will be playing host to a limited-time pop-up for the anime and manga series Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings In Russian. The news was announced via the anime and media distributor Medialink Asia.

From March 14 to April 13, fans will be able to get their hands on exclusive merchandise of Alya and her councilmates that can only be purchased at Doko Koko. Stocks are limited, so fans are encouraged to visit the store as soon as they can.

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings In Russian is an anime and manga series based on the light novel of the same name by writer SunSunSun. The series is a romantic comedy that follows Alya, a Russian-Japanese girl who secretly harbours a crush on her classmate, Masachika Kuze. Being too embarrassed to confess her feelings directly, she makes flirtatious comments towards him in Russian instead. Unbeknownst to her, Kuze also understands Russian, and is confused about what her true feelings are towards him.

The Doko Koko café and merchandise store was launched in December of 2024, and has already played host to exciting themed experiences for series like NIJISANJI EN and Love & Deepspace. The café portion of the store is currently holding a Heaven Official’s Blessing event, which has been extended to run until March 23.
