In celebration of the launch, Tetsuya Nomura, Creative Director, and the art team have also revealed a new artwork visual. In the visual, the party stands ready to defy destiny together, evoking the game’s themes of finding power and strength through the bonds of friendship.
Players who purchase the PC version of the game will also be able to claim the Posh Chocobo Summoning Materia. Digital editions are now available with an Early Bird discount of up to 30% off across all editions until February 5th, 2025.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the sequel to Final Fantasy VII Remake, which was released in 2020 to universal acclaim from players and critics around the globe. The sequel is a new adventure following Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith and Red XIII as they escape from the dystopian city of Midgar into the wide world beyond.
