The South Korean animated web series Alien Stage is set to embark on its first-ever World Tour in 2027. Organised by Frontier Works, the “3D LIVE ALIEN STAGE Museum in 2372″ event will tour across Seoul, Tokyo and Los Angeles, marking the series’ first foray into 3D live performances.
Frontier Works is currently showcasing an early look at the project at Anime Expo 2026 in Los Angeles, which runs from July 2 to July 5. Visitors will be able to catch a glimpse of key art from the concert and participate in an exclusive lanyard giveaway at the animate GROUP booth (SH-2100), located within the Frontier Works exhibition area.
When Is The Alien Stage World Tour?
The Alien Stage “3D LIVE ALIEN STAGE Museum in 2372″ world tour is scheduled for 2027, happening across Seoul, Tokyo and Los Angeles. No exact dates and locations have been released as of now.
A special preview event will also take place ahead of the tour, happening from October 30 to November 1 at Shinagawa Stellar Ball in Tokyo, Japan. The preview will utilise advanced projection and CG technology to bring characters Sua, Ivan and Luka to life, with the full cast to be revealed during the actual tour. Alien Stage Anime
In a separate announcement made at Anime Expo 2026, series creators Qmeng and Vivinos confirmed that an Alien Stage anime series is currently in production. A new teaser visual was released in conjunction with the announcement, though no additional details, such as the series’ plot, cast and crew, were revealed.
What is Alien Stage?
The Alien Stage web series is set in a dystopian future where Earth has been colonised by aliens, who raise humans as pets and force them to perform in a deadly competition where they must literally sing for their lives.
The story is told through a series of eight music videos, which have earned over 53 million views on YouTube since their inception in 2022. A spin-off series, “Zombie Stage”, was released in late July 2026.
