‘Cozy Game Restoration’ Surpasses 400,000 Steam Wishlists Ahead of November 4th Launch

With its November 4 release fast approaching, Melbourne-based solo indie developer Parasol Corp is preparing to welcome players into the nostalgic world of Cozy Game Restoration, launching on Windows and Mac via Steam for $14.99 USD. The game has already amassed over 400,000 Steam wishlists ahead of launch.

In Cozy Game Restoration, players can experience the satisfaction of bringing old, forgotten video games back to life. Remove years of dust, grime, stickers, scratches, and adhesive residue as you carefully clean and restore a growing collection of over 200 retro-inspired games, with more added regularly.

Open mystery parcels to uncover forgotten games in varying conditions, with different artwork, rarities, and regional variants. Players can build their collection across six unique retro-inspired platforms, collecting 108 distinct games in both PAL and NTSC variants, with five rarity levels to discover.

Beyond restoring and collecting games, players can complete 300 quests at launch, including collection and cleaning challenges that unlock decorations and furniture. These rewards let players personalize their space, gradually turning their workspace into a celebration of retro gaming.

Alongside its extensive collection of fictional retro titles, Cozy Game Restoration features collaborations with real indie games, including Abiotic Factor and CONSCRIPT, with more surprise partnerships still to be revealed. Players can also look forward to plenty of hidden secrets and Easter eggs throughout the game, including a unique Grand Theft Auto-inspired game celebrating GTA 6.

Cozy Game Restoration launches November 4, 2026, on Windows and Mac via Steam for $14.99 USD, with localization available in 19 languages. The game is designed with the Steam Deck in mind.
