This 5–6 September, LaLaport BBCC is bringing you a double dose of Pokémon excitement! Not only can you catch exclusive Pokémon during the Pokémon GO Fest Mega Finale, but you’ll also be able to join a variety of community-based activities at the Pokémon Anniversary Community Event (PACE30), with activity zones located throughout Level 4 of LaLaport BBCC.
Here’s a quick look at what we have in store:
Contests
Think you’ve got a big appetite? Challenge yourself in our Eat Like A Munchlax and Drink Like A Lapras contests, where you’ll stand a chance to win great prizes, including a Doko Koko meal set worth over RM100, or up to RM20 worth of Mixue vouchers!
For those looking to flex your wit and creativity, take the stage in our PokéPun contest, where you’ll have five minutes to deliver your best Pokémon-related puns. Registration for all of these contests are available here.
Stamp Rally
Participate in the PACE30 Stamp Rally for a chance to win amazing gifts! All you have to do is collect your Stamp Rally card at the LaLaport BBCC Exhibition Hall, complete a few easy tasks, and redeem a random free gift on the spot. You’ll stand a chance to win exclusive vouchers and even official Pokémon merchandise!

Rip ‘n Ship Live
Rip ‘n Ship is a popular livestreaming format in the TCG community, where fans can purchase packs of cards for streamers to open on a live broadcast. PACE30 will bring the excitement to you in-person, where special guests Butterfly and Fish Xinyu will try their luck at opening a variety of Pokémon TCG packs!
To participate, all you have to do is purchase a pack from one of our special guests, then sit back to watch as they open the packs live on stage. Who knows – they might just nab you a rare card!
Vendor Booths
The PACE30 Artist Alley will feature 16 unique vendors and artists, showcasing a variety of handmade merchandise inspired by the world of Pokémon. With everything from prints and badges to custom cards and personalised commissions on sale, this is the place to go if you’d like to pick up a one-of-a-kind keepsake from the event!
Adding to the fun, PACE30 will also welcome Pokémon TCG activities hosted by Kaadoya and Owlbear Eyrie, as well as a miniature painting workshop from local artists Chibi Coffee Mao and The Will To Paint.
Performances
Last but certainly not least, our guest performers will keep you entertained throughout the day with their energetic singing performances! Get ready to sing, clap and cheer along to their songs.
The Pokémon Anniversary Community Event is happening this weekend at LaLaport BBCC, Level 4, taking over the Exhibition Hall, Lot L4-04D, and the Rooftop Garden with a lineup of fun activities! The best part? Entry is totally FREE!
