The PlayFest Partners With ChildHope Philippines This November

The PlayFest, an annual international fundraising event, will be returning for its third edition this November 21st and 22nd. The 48-hour celebration gathers streamers, gamers, eSports players, content creators, cosplayers, performing artists, game developers, and more to raise funds for the missions being supported by Streamers for Good Squads.

Streamers for Good Squads or S4GS is a collective of passionate creators from different countries who come together and offer their time and talents to streams for meaningful causes. The mission of the group for 2026 is to raise funds that will be used to support children who are in exposed to the severe risks of consuming “pagpag” or “scrap meat” on a daily basis. The gathered funds will sustain for weekly grocery packages for the families of these kids, including proper meat to prepare for their meals.

This aligns with PlayFest’s partnership with ChildHope Philippines, which is a long-standing not-for-profit organization that supports street children by providing support for meals, education, medical care, and more. The event aims to donate portion of the proceeds for ChildHope’s plan to send more street children to formal schooling.
