TGV Cinemas have announced a special screening event for the feature-length animated film Your Letter, an adaptation of a webtoon of the same name. Happening this 18 and 19 October, attendees will be able to purchase exclusive merch, including an A3 poster and collectible ticket.
Your Letter, based on a webtoon by Hyeon A Cho, follows a bullying victim named Sori, who transfers to a new school, only for the same problems to arise once again. That is, until a mysterious trail of letters leads Sori on a magical journey to discover a hidden world that exists underneath her school, where she learns that the letters are the work of a mysterious guardian angel. But who is this person, and why did he choose her?
The film was screened at the Bucheon International Animation Festival, where it won the Jury Award for Feature Film, as well as awards for Best Music and Best Technical Achievement. Your Letter has also been screened at international film festivals, including the Ottawa International Animation Festival, and Poland’s International Animated Film Festival.
