Gaming curator Southeast Asia Game Aesthetic (SEAGamethetic for short) will be hosting another Steam game event, this time celebrating the Asian tradition of the Hungry Ghost Festival.
The event follows the success of previous Steam events from SEAGamethetic, including last year’s Ghosts of the Sea showcase, and the Days of Ramadan festival from earlier this February.
This time, the Hungry Ghost Festival event will celebrate horror games from Asia and beyond, with developers and publishers worldwide being invited to submit their dark and spooky games to the showcase. Applications are open from now until July 5.
Content creators and press outlets can also apply to have first-hand access to the showcase via free Steam keys when the event launches. These applications will close on August 3.
For horror game fans, be sure to keep a look out for when the event drops this 6 to 13 September. More information can be found over on SEAGamethetic’s socials.
