‘Overwatch 2’ Teams Up With ‘Street Fighter 6’ For Eight New Skins

Overwatch 2 will be releasing eight new skins inspired by characters from Street Fighter 6, which will go live alongside the Season 16 mid-season patch update this May 20.

The news was first revealed through an animated trailer shown at EVO Japan, the world’s biggest fighting game tournament, which kicked off in Tokyo earlier today.

Based on the trailer, fans can likely expect to see:

  • Juno as Chun-Li
  • Hanzo as Ryu
  • Widowmaker as Cammy
  • Kiriko as Juri
  • Soldier: 76 as Guile
  • Zenyatta as Dhalsim
  • Winston as Blanka
  • Sigma as M. Bison

The collaboration will most likely also include Street Fighter-inspired in-game missions, emotes and other cosmetics for fans to enjoy.

Street Fighter 6 isn’t the only unexpected collaboration Overwatch 2 has taken on recently – the game is currently celebrating the 30th anniversary of Gundam Wing with new skins for Mercy, Soldier: 76, Reaper and Rammatra.
