LaLaport BBCC’s Animate pop-up store will be extending its run due to popular demand. Originally scheduled to close on May 31, the pop-up will now keep its doors open until August 31, 2025.
Animate is Japan’s leading anime, comics, and games merchandise store, which has amassed over 120+ stores across Japan since its inception in 1983. The Malaysian pop-up store officially opened in November 2024, where it has continued to attract a steady stream of enthusiastic anime fans.
If you haven’t been able to make a visit, be sure to drop by at LaLaport BBCC anytime between now and August 31. The Animate Malaysia pop-up store is located at Level G-47, opposite to the themed anime cafe Doko Koko.
