Honkai Impact 3rd will release its v8.1 “Drumming in New Resolutions” update on February 20. Captains will be able to fight alongside Kiana’s new battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, and celebrate the game’s anniversary with new events, outfits, and bountiful rewards.
In the v8.1 update, Kiana’s new battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star, will make its debut. This SD-type battlesuit uses a long staff to deal Fire DMG to enemies. Each hit of her 4-sequence attack builds KE, and the 4th hit inflicts enemies with Passion Marks, dealing AOE DMG. You can also equip Kiana’s recommended weapon or PRI-ARM to stack one extra Passion Mark on a single enemy.
Additionally, Kiana will receive new stigmata showcasing moments of celebration with friends and family. The Herrscher of Human: Ego’s recommended Divine Key and PRI-ARM will also be made available, along with new stigmata.
The v8.1 story interlude will allow us to learn more about Leylah through a story and activities that reward Crystals, Source Prisms, and more. The event includes a fun board where you can purchase Yearly Chibis to build your team, as well as tokens that can be used to earn Crystals, Coralie’s new outfit, and other rewards. Luna and Vita will also get new outfits, with Luna’s coming from spend bonuses and Vita’s from Outfit Supply.
Anniversary Rewards
Players can log in from February 13 to February 20 to get a Prism Stigma Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Log in for seven days after the update to get Kiana’s Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human’s new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.
From February 25 to March 4, log in to claim an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and more.
In v8.1, enjoy 50% off the first 10 drops of Kiana’s Battlesuit Supply and double rewards for first top-ups. The Carnival Supply pool also rewards 10x Carnival Battlesuit Supply Cards for participants. As a thank-you, you’ll also receive 5 Battlesuit Supply Cards via in-game mail on update day.
