Komi Can’t Communicate Manga Ends in Two Chapters

Tomohito Oda’s Komi Can’t Communicate manga will be ending in two chapters. The news was announced during this year’s seventh issue of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen magazine. The manga entered its final arc on July 24th, 2024.

Originally published as a one-shot chapter on September 2015 and later serialised on May 2016, Komi Can’t Communicate follows timid Tadano, a high schooler who is comfortable with being a total wallflower.

But all that changes when he finds himself alone in a classroom on the first day of high school with the legendary Komi. He quickly realizes she isn’t aloof—she’s just super awkward. Now he’s made it his mission to help her on her quest to make 100 friends!

The series was adapted into an anime television series by OLM which premiered in October 2021. A second season was premiered in April 2022.
