Did you watch Shaman King growing up as a kid? If you did, you’ll be glad to hear that this classic series will be back in action, with a remake that serves as a faithful adaptation of the original manga series.

For those who don’t know what Shaman King is, the series is about a boy named Yoh Asakura who aims to become the Shaman King by challenging other Shamans–special individuals who can communicate with the unseen, like ghosts, spirits and gods. I’m sure many of you out there have high expectations for this remake, and hopefully it won’t disappoint!

Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san

Adapted from a popular manga, Ijiranaide Nagatoro-san is definitely one of the most hyped-up series set to be released in Spring 2021. The story revolves around Hayase Nagatoro, a high school freshman who loves to tease and torture her introverted older male senior.

What is her motivation behind her actions and why does the latter put up with her? Tune in to this slice of life comedy-romance show to find out the truth!

Fumetsu no Anata e

Adapted from a manga written by the author of A Silent Voice, Fumetsu no Anata e is another highly anticipated title on this list. The story follows ‘It”, a mysterious immortal being with no emotions nor identity, and who is able to take the form of those who have a strong impetus.

One day, ‘It’ in the form of a wolf meets a lone boy, who unfortunately passes on due to his critical state of health. ‘It’ then acquires the form of the boy and sets off on a never-ending journey in search of new experiences, places, and people.
