Sad news! The ‘Little Witch Academia’ manga will be coming to an end this 26 August 2018, as announced in the September issue of Shonen Ace magazine. This is two years after the manga was first released as an original production from Studio Trigger, culminating in two total volumes of story both written and drawn by Keisuke Sato.
The creator showed remorse by sharing the news on his personal twitter account, which also received many sad reactions from fans. The series was well-beloved by fans, especially after its anime adaptation was aired (also under the Studio Trigger banner) early last year with 25 episodes in total.

The series follows the story of Atsuko “Akko” Kagari, who upon seeing her first Shiny Chariot magic show, knew that all she wanted to do was to become a real witch. Despite not coming from a magical background, she was accepted into the Luna Nova Academy, a premiere magic school, where she’s determined to let nothing stop her from fulfilling her life’s dream!
