Mintrocket has announced that its award-winning adventure RPG and management simulation DAVE THE DIVER will launch for iOS and Android on September 17, 2026. Players who purchase the base game will also receive DAVE THE DIVER Digital Extra, which can be accessed directly within the game.
The mobile release will bring Dave’s underwater adventures and sushi restaurant management gameplay to smartphones, alongside popular additional content including the DREDGE Content Pack and the recently released In the Jungle expansion.
New Features Designed for Mobile
The mobile edition of DAVE THE DIVER will introduce several features and optimizations specifically designed for handheld devices:
- At Bancho Sushi, the tea-pouring minigame will make use of gyro tilt controls, allowing players to physically tilt their phones to pour tea.
- A three-level view distance option will give players greater control over how the game is displayed on mobile devices.
- Exploration of the Sea People’s Village is also being streamlined, with players able to fast travel directly to different NPCs for quicker progression.
About DAVE THE DIVER
DAVE THE DIVER combines deep-sea exploration, fishing, RPG mechanics, and restaurant management. During the day, players explore the mysterious Blue Hole, discovering more than 200 species of sea creatures while using harpoons and other equipment to catch fish and gather resources.
Players must carefully manage their oxygen supply while exploring, as running out of oxygen means losing the items and fish collected during the dive. At night, the focus shifts to managing an exotic sushi restaurant, where the day’s catches can be transformed into dishes and profits used to improve equipment for future expeditions.
Alongside its central exploration and restaurant management loop, the game features numerous minigames, side quests, equipment upgrades, and additional storylines. With both DREDGE and In the Jungle content available from launch, mobile players will have access to an expanded version of Dave’s adventure from day one.
Pre-registration for DAVE THE DIVER is now open on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ahead of its September 17 release.
