Award-Winning Narrative Adventure Until Then Launches Afterimages DLC on 18 June

Maximum Entertainment, in partnership with developer Polychroma Games, announced Afterimages, a brand-new downloadable content expansion for the award-winning narrative adventure Until Then is launching 18 June on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S.

Following the digital release of the Afterimages DLC, Until Then will be available physically on 3 September. The physical edition will include both the base game and the Afterimages DLC.

Afterimages introduces two new chapters that explore grief, memory, and the quiet persistence of life in the wake of loss. Sofia returns home to confront memories she left behind. Meanwhile, Mark encounters both a new lover and an old friend. Through their separate journeys, both characters must navigate what it means to move forward while carrying the weight of absence.

Players will discover fresh gameplay moments woven into the intimate storytelling experience that defines Until Then. The DLC introduces new interactive activities, including tarot reading and baking minigames, alongside expanded in-game phone features such as dating apps and video platforms. Players will reconnect with beloved characters and encounter new faces across two deeply personal narrative chapters.

Since its release, Until Then has received critical acclaim for its heartfelt storytelling, striking visual style, and authentic portrayal of adolescence, memory, and loss. The game is currently rated 97% ‘Overwhelmingly Positive’ on Steam.

Until Then: Afterimages DLC was also recently featured in the Southeast Asian Games Showcase, including a special message from the developers of the game.

The Afterimages DLC will be available across all major platforms on 18 June.
