The Love Live! unit AiScReam released their latest song, “NEXT CARD” on May 23, accompanied by an official lyric video. The song serves as the theme song for the Love Live! Series Official Card Game, marking the group’s expansion beyond music and into the field of card games.
AiScReam (pronounced “ice cream”) is an idol unit comprised of four beloved characters from the Love Live! anime franchise. The group originally debuted in 2025, featuring the characters Ruby Kurosawa, Ayumu Uehara, and Shiki Wakana, with their debut single “Ai♡Scream!” quickly becoming a viral sensation around the world.
Ruby Kurosawa’s voice actress, Ai Furihata, withdrew from the group in March 2026. Following her departure, the group’s lineup was reshuffled to include Ceras Yanagida Lilienfeld from Hasunosora Girls’ High School Idol Club and Mai Azabu from IKIZULIVE!, alongside existing members Ayumu Uehara and Shiki Wakana. “NEXT CARD” marks the group’s first release under the new lineup.
Coinciding with the new song release, AiScReam has also launched an official TikTok account, kicking off with a dance video for “NEXT CARD.” Moving forward, the account will showcase the group’s music and personality through short-form videos.
