Independent curation platform and publisher Wholesome Games will host the 2026 edition of the Wholesome Direct on June 6, happening at 9AM PST/12PM ET (approx. 12PM MYT). The Direct will be presented via YouTube and Twitch livestreams as part of Summer Game Fest.
Returning for its seventh iteration, the Wholesome Direct will highlight the latest up-and-coming titles for players looking for uplifting, joyful, and hopeful games. The lineup will feature 50+ emotionally resonant titles, with news including world premieres, demo announcements, and many more surprises from studios and publishers of all sizes.
Viewers can expect updates from developers including Frontier, NPC Studio, Stray Fawn Studio, Spry Fox, and more, delivered by Wholesome Games organizer Jenny Windom and a variety of guest co-hosts. Updates will also be provided on Wholesome Games Presents titles like Usagi Shima, Is This Seat Taken?, and Milki Delivery!
This year, Wholesome Direct merch proceeds will also benefit Transgender Law Center, the United States’ largest national trans-led organization. It joins Wholesome Games’ longstanding contributions to charitable causes, with previous events benefitting the American Heart Association, Save the Children, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, and more.
