We’re just a few days away from the first ever VTXPO 2024, happening this 13-15 September at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre!
Organised by THE MAGIC RAIN, VTXPO is a celebration of the spirit, creativity, and technology that goes into VTubers and their communities. We’re especially proud to be shining a spotlight on the growing industry here in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
The event is happening in conjunction with CreatorXPO at Malaysia Digital Content Festival (MYDCF), the annual convention hosted by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). Best of all, entry to CreatorXPO and VTXPO is COMPLETELY FREE!

VTuber Spotlight: MYVTC, VGakuenLIVE, The Cham Drinkers & More!
Starting with the heart of our event, VTXPO features a line-up of VTuber agencies and indie VTubers from across Southeast Asia. Visit their booths to find new VTubers to support, participate in live meet and greet sessions, or buy their original merchandise!

Effy from Algorhythm Project, Auregalia Aruri, Wyoca from VGakuenLIVE, and various VTubers from MYVTC will be putting on performances on Friday and Saturday, and our VTXPO Mystery Singing Competition will be happening on Sunday!

Stage Q&A with Effy from Algorhythm Project
A member of Algorhythm Project’s international division, Effy is a captivating Chinese deity revered for her domain over love and the art of matchmaking. Tasked with the sacred duty of uniting couples, she weaves an enchanting scarlet string that binds soulmates together. Get to know Effy better during her Q&A session on Saturday, 14 September at 6.30PM!
VTXPO Mystery Singing Competition powered by Live2D
The VTXPO Mystery Singing Competition is a first-of-its-kind singing contest with a Live2D twist! All participants will perform using a default VTuber model, allowing only their voice to shine through. Make sure you don’t miss this activity on Sunday, 15 September at 10:30AM to see which talented singers win our RM1,000 prize pool!
VTuber Drawing Challenge & Giveaway powered by Clip Studio Paint
Here’s how you can win 6- and 12-month licenses for Clip Studio Paint at VTXPO! Firstly, drop by the Clip Studio Paint booth and participate in our challenge to draw your favourite VTuber from memory. Secondly, take a picture with any VTuber standee at the event and post it online with the hashtag #VTXPOxCSP. Make sure your account is set to public!
Winners for both activities will be announced on our social media after the event.
Cosplay Alley: Pudds, Yushiro, Fumiko Kriss, Fuyu & More
We’re showing our love to cosplayers at our dedicated Cosplay Alley! Meet multi-talented content creator, TikToker, and singer Pudds at her booth. You can also support local cosplayers Yushiro, Fumiko Kriss, Fuyu, Butterfly, Gene and Shinya at their booths in collaboration with Photobook Malaysia!
Gaming Zone: V-Daisho, Idol Showdown & More
V-Daisho is just one of the gaming zone attractions available at VTXPO! This innovative new 1v1 trading card game features artwork of Malaysian VTubers, developed by indie group Slice by Six. Make sure to drop by their booth to try the game for yourself!
