Rhythmeet 2024, a rhythm game-centric community event, was previously set to take place at Asia Pacific University on the 27th and 28th of July. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event has since been rescheduled to September of 2024, with a new venue and date to be announced.
Rhythm game fans can still look forward to Rhythmeet Mini 2024, a small fan gathering happening this weekend at Sunway Putra Mall’s Funscape Cobay arcade. Rhythmeet Mini will feature activities such as an osu! tournament watch party, a game showcase in collaboration with HaraPump Malaysia, and a bingo mini-game where attendees have a chance to win various rewards.
The osu! Malaysia LAN tournament, which was initially scheduled to happen during Rhythmeet 2024, will now instead be held at ATO Gaming Cafe & Event Hall in TTDI. Fans can enjoy free-play and multiplayer games at the tournament after purchasing at least one meal from the cafe.
Visitors to the event can also show their support for Rhythmeet by purchasing merchandise that will be sold on-site, including Encore Passes for the upcoming main event in September.
