Table Knight Games has announced that its hand-drawn co-op roguelite horror game UnderMire will launch for PC via Steam on November 13, 2026.
The release date was revealed in a new trailer debuting during the Cozy After Dark Showcase, which also introduces Rawiah, the latest playable character joining Hannah, Leo and Sam. Rawiah uses a spell-casting tome, bringing a magic-focused playstyle to the game’s roster.
The trailer also offers the first look at the opening layer of the Bunker, including a new grassy biome, additional gameplay and an encounter with the mysterious Mothman.
Descend Into an Ever-Changing Bunker
UnderMire is a first-person roguelite horror adventure supporting solo play or online co-op for up to four players. Players descend into an ever-changing magical bunker beneath an old English manor, where they must battle monsters, overcome hazards and uncover its secrets.
The Bunker features multiple biomes filled with enemies, bosses, traps and puzzles. Players must also manage a fear gauge while completing unusual tasks and adapting to unpredictable encounters. Proximity voice chat adds another element to co-op sessions as groups attempt to coordinate while exploring.
One of the game’s central mechanics is the SMUSH system, which allows players to combine and repurpose everyday objects. Items can be turned into healing supplies, improvised explosives, elemental weapons and other useful equipment to help survive each descent. Each of the four playable characters — Hannah, Leo, Rawiah and Sam — features their own personality, abilities, tools and playstyle.
A free playable demo for UnderMire is available now on Steam ahead of its November 13 launch.
