Capcom has revealed a new gameplay trailer for Arjun, the latest DLC fighter joining Street Fighter 6 on October 13, 2026. Arjun will be the second character released as part of Year 4, with the new fighter arriving on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
Alongside Arjun’s reveal, limited-time New Challengers artwork and effects inspired by the Street Fighter movie are also coming to the game.
A Fighter Driven by Justice
Arjun was once a police officer in India until his partner was murdered and he was framed for the crime. Now living on the run, he uses his Yoga Breathing techniques while investigating the truth behind his partner’s death.
His fighting style focuses on powerful attacks rather than speed. Arjun can inflict recoverable damage even through blocked attacks, while his breathing techniques allow him to create projectiles, manipulate the battlefield and set traps for his opponents.
Arjun’s Moveset
- Arm of Justice: A winding punch with multiple strength variations and an optional follow-up.
- Cruel Shoulder: A forward-moving shoulder tackle whose properties change depending on its strength.
- Breathing Ring: Creates a ring of air that can be launched as a projectile using Breathing Shockwave.
- Divine Pillar: Raises a pillar of earth from the ground, with its distance determined by attack strength. Holding the button delays its activation.
- Justice Beyond: Arjun can grab an active Divine Pillar after connecting with Cruel Shoulder and swing it toward his opponent in different directions.
- Ghastly Interrogation: A command throw that normally deals recoverable damage, but can inflict regular damage against opponents already carrying recoverable damage.
- Indomitable Defense: Uses controlled breathing to turn incoming melee attacks into counterattacks that inflict recoverable damage.
- Moral Breakdown: While Indomitable Defense is active, Arjun launches both fists forward, dealing recoverable damage on block or normal damage on hit.
- Howling Destruction: His Level 1 Super Art, unleashing rapid bursts of his breathing technique.
- Instant Oblivion: His Level 2 Super Art launches opponents away, giving Arjun an opportunity to set up Divine Pillar.
- Yaksha’s Order: His Level 3 Super Art disrupts his opponent’s inner ear before leading into a cinematic finishing attack.

Year 4 Content
Arjun will be available on October 13 to owners of the Year 4 Character Pass and Year 4 Ultimate Pass.
His first outfit depicts him while he is on the run seeking vengeance, while Outfit 2 presents an idealized version of Arjun who has moved beyond his pursuit of justice. The second outfit can be unlocked by maxing out his Acquisition Gauge in Avatar Arcade Mode or through Fighter Coins.
Arjun is the second announced character in the Year 4 lineup, following the previously released Yasmine. The upcoming roster will also include Tifa from the FINAL FANTASY VII Remake series and Bosch.
