You play as Hiano Kenji, a talented yet overlooked young pianist, who was forced to abandon his musical dreams to care for his seriously ill mother. One day, a fateful encounter with a mysterious vampire girl named Lily unconsciously rewrites his destiny. Guided by fate, Kenji embarks on a quest to find a legendary panacea, the “Golden Apple.” Play the magical piano and save your mother from the brink of death!

Music is a core element of Lily Fantasia. Story Mode features 7 brand-new original tracks composed specifically for the game’s narrative. Advance your adventure to the pulse of dynamic melodies and rhythms, while uncovering the truth behind the vampire girl, Lily, and the mysterious panacea known as the “Golden Apple”.
Beyond Story Mode, the free-play mode “Lily’s Practice Room” offers a rich and diverse musical experience featuring an extensive lineup of tracks crafted by world-renowned rhythm game composers, including Sakuzyo, 3R2, Cansol, muyu, TKAIO, ShiBa, and DDD-Dice, among many others.
Players can freely challenge unlocked songs in “Lily’s Practice Room” and accumulate “Lily Power” through their performances to unlock more tracks and advance the story. Even if a performance isn’t flawless, players will still earn a portion of Lily Power, and completing a track for the very first time rewards a bonus power. This allows players of all skill levels to progress at their own pace.
Gameplay Features
- Dynamic Black-and-White Key Performances: Black and white notes stream in from the left and right sides of the screen. Players must strike the corresponding keys precisely based on the note colors to complete the performance. As the music progresses, the “magical piano” moves dynamically across the stage—shifting up, down, left, right, and even rotating—delivering a thrilling gameplay experience that combines rhythm and dynamic controls.
- Unique Parry System: In addition to traditional falling-note gameplay, Lily Fantasia introduces a unique “Parry System.” Players must tune into their enemies’ “heartbeat rhythm” right before an attack lands, hitting the Deflect button with precise timing to block and counterattack.
- High-Difficulty Special Modes & Global Leaderboards: For players seeking the ultimate challenge, completing the story and fulfilling specific requirements unlocks high-difficulty options in “Lily’s Practice Room,” including “Jam Session,” “Expert Concert,” and “Maestro Concert.” These modes will push your precision and reflexes to the absolute edge.
Successfully clearing a Special Mode gains a dedication plaque next to the song. Players can also compete with global players, friends, and their past scores via online leaderboards to continuously break new records.
