GSC Cinemas will be screening The Irregular at Magic High School – Yotsuba Succession Arc, a theatrical film adaptation of one of the most popular storylines from the Irregular at Magic High School light novel series. An official release date and screening details were not given at time of writing.
The Irregular at Magic High School franchise is based on a series of novels by author Tsutomo Sato. Set in a futuristic world where magic is considered a form of technology, the story follows siblings Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba as they navigate life at the prestigious First High School magic academy.
The Yotsuba Succession Arc film originally released on May 8, starring Daisuke Ono and Ai Kayano as new characters Katsushige Shibata and Yuka Tsukuba. Production for the film was handled by 8-Bit, with Jimmy Stone as director and Taku Iwasaki as composer.
