At the 2026 Xbox Showcase, Atlus showed off their first full-length trailer for Persona 4 Revival, a remake of the 2008 hit JRPG Persona 4 with updated visuals, gameplay, quality-of-life improvements, and — most notably — an all-new voice cast. Earlier today, the company officially revealed five of the main voice actors involved in the remake, many of whom are rising stars in the anime and gaming dub scene.
In case you’re wondering why a certain character might sound oddly familiar, here’s a quick rundown of the five confirmed voice actors for Persona 4 Revival:
Nazeeh Tarsha as The Protagonist/Yu Narukami
Nazeeh Tarsha, an American voice actor of Palestinian and Syrian descent, is best known for playing characters inspired by Middle Eastern culture, being the English voice of Urmd Avdul in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run, Jamil Viper in Twisted Wonderland: The Animation, and Alhaitham from Genshin Impact. He is also the English voice of Seth from Zenless Zone Zero and Kafka Hibino from Kaiju No.8.
Paul Castro Jr. as Yosuke Hanamura
Paul Castro Jr. is no stranger to Persona remakes, having previously been cast as the side character Nozomi Suemitsu in Persona 3 Reload. Other notable roles in his wheelhouse include being the English voice of Freminet from Genshin Impact, Rindo Kanade from NEO: The World Ends With You, Riddle Rosehearts from Twisted Wonderland: The Animation, and Hikaru from The Summer Hikaru Died.
Anne Yatco as Chie Satonaka
Anne Yatco is an America-based Filipino voice actress whose roles include being the English voice for Nobara Kugisaki from Jujutsu Kaisen, Raiden Shogun from Genshin Impact, and Ho’olheyak from Arknights, as well as Eunhwa and Mihara from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. Outside of voice acting, she is also a stage actress and comedian who has performed internationally.
Brianna Knickerbocker as Yukiko Amagi
Brianna Knickerbocker is perhaps best known as the English voice of Rem in Re: ZERO -Starting Life in Another World – . She has played the role for more than seven years, voicing Rem not only in the anime series itself, but also across numerous Re: ZERO games and spin-off series. She is also the English voice of Kanao Tsuyuri from Demon Slayer, Narmaya and Luna from Granblue Fantasy: Versus Rising, and Hu Tao from Genshin Impact.
Ari Thrash as Marie
Ari Thrash is a relative newcomer to the industry, with her breakout role being Perrin from 2019’s Pokemon Masters EX. She has since gone on to be the English voice of Dove and Wuhanzi from Path to Nowhere, Deux Murasame from Mobile Suit Gundam: GQuuuuuuX, and Yao Guang from Honkai: Star Rail.
