Bandai Namco has finally revealed the newest character to join the Tekken 8 roster! Coming to the game is Yujiro Hanma, the infamous Strongest Creature on Earth from the Baki anime and manga franchise.
Yujiro will be joining the game along with the returning Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr as part of the Season 3 DLC (in that order). The Season 3 Pass will also include a new arena, The Subsea Lockdown stage, and the Aurora Outfit Pack, among other things.
The Baki series is based on a manga of the same name by Keisuke Itagaki, which originally ran in Weekly Shonen Champion from 2014 to 2018. The story follows Baki Hanma, a young man who trains in deadly hand-to-hand combat in order to defeat his father Yujiro Hanma, the aforementioned Strongest Creature on Earth. Baki-Dou, the latest instalment of the anime, is currently streaming on Netflix.
Tekken 8 is available now on PC via Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox.
