The 2026 Taiwan IP Expo in Malaysia returns from 20 – 24 May 2026 at Oasis Avenue, Sunway Pyramid, building on last year’s momentum with a stronger focus on cross-border collaborations, commercial opportunities and audience engagement.
This year’s edition brings together 12 curated Taiwanese character IPs, spanning themes from pet-inspired universes and feel-good everyday moments to contemporary design. Visitors can explore interactive exhibition zones, IP showcases and merchandise offerings, alongside AR-powered installations, character mascot appearances and creator sharing sessions.
A key highlight of this year’s expo is the Taiwan–Malaysia IP collaboration, featuring 12 original collaborations between Taiwanese and Malaysian creators. Adding to the excitement, the expo will also collaborate with Sunway Pyramid on a spend-and-redeem campaign, with limited-edition collectible tote bags available daily while stocks last.
