VALORANT players can kick off 2026 by competing alongside their favourite creators, co-streamers, broadcast talent and pro players in the Alpha vs Omega ACT 1 Challenge – choosing a faction, completing weekly in-game objectives, climbing leaderboards, and earning rewards and prizes as part of a global rivalry.
Starting on January 7th, players can log onto the VALORANT website to choose a faction, Alpha or Omega, or take a short quiz to receive a recommended side. Players earn faction points based on their weekly performance tied to the specific in-game objectives.
Weekly objectives vary, such as most Bandit kills or highest Competitive points. Players can check the live challenge for current objectives. In-game rewards will be awarded weekly to the winning faction, while top-performing players across the challenge will be eligible for physical rewards.
The event is currently supported by 130 EMEA creators, co-streamers, broadcast hosts and pro players. Notable names include M1xwell (Spain), beyAz (France), da1moN (Türkiye), Harmii (DACH), Petra (Netherlands) and Yinsu (UK).
