A year after its successful Steam debut, solo developer aliasBlack and co-publisher Squeaky Wheel are bringing their typing roguelite Glyphica: Typing Survival to a wider audience. Players can now try out a free, browser-playable demo, accessible exclusively at playglyphica.com.
The new demo ensures that anyone with a web browser, including those on portable devices like tablets with sufficient screen space, can experience the action seamlessly. The demo supports 16 different languages, and features the powerful Repeater main weapon, alongside four different color and audio themes, giving players a solid taste of the game’s fast-paced survival experience.
The launch of the demo coincides perfectly with Glyphica’s anniversary and the introduction of a brand-new main weapon: the Overmind. Taking inspiration from real-time strategy games, the Overmind is designed for the more tactical player, allowing survival typists to strategically target and prioritize multiple enemies simultaneously.
Glyphica: Typing Survival is currently available in Early Access on Steam for Windows, Mac, and certain versions of Linux, including the Steam Deck. You can also click here to read our review of the game.
