Capcom is now inviting participants to join the Monster Hunter Wilds Design Contest, running from 3 June to 24 June 2025. Artists are invited to submit their original Hunter Weapon or Pendant designs for a chance to see their ideas featured in the game!
How To Join
To participate, simply post your design on X (formerly Twitter) using the hashtags #MHWilds and #WeaponEntry or #PendantEntry, depending on which category you’re entering in. Submissions are currently limited to only fans in Japan, the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
The first round of judging is set to take place sometime after 25 June, where 20 entries from each category will move on to a global Player Voting phase, running from 11 July to 18 July. Voters will also be rewarded with a special social media icon for their efforts.
From there, the top 8 designs per category will be revealed on 25 July 2025, with the ultimate winners being handpicked by the Monster Hunter Wilds development team and crowned on 27 September 2025. Finally, the Grand Prize-winning designs will be implemented in-game in early 2026, with all Excellence Award winners honored in the game’s credits.
